Elizabeth Pomeroy has a master's degree in counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary and is trained in the art and science of human interaction and attachment theory. She is a certified relationship coach who has personally helped hundreds of clients. As a coach, mother, former public school educator, and former therapeutic foster parent, her experience and knowledge of human development and trauma-informed care spans all ages. Elizabeth is passionate about helping clients bridge the gap between where they are in their relationships and where they desire to be. She wholeheartedly embraces the idea that human beings are hard-wired for connection but may need help navigating the complexities of relationships, romantic and otherwise. She believes individuals can reach their relationship goals by healing attachment insecurities and fostering healthy communication and conflict resolution patterns. Her expertise includes healing attachment, faith-based healing strategies, and creating healthy communication patterns inside various relationships. Her coaching philosophy centers on developing a holistic approach that offers clarity, encouragement, and practical solutions to every client.
